Delivery options

CBDSex offers ideal delivery methods for all needs. You can opt for cheap delivery via Standard Post, fast delivery DPD or DHL Express. If you prefer, you also have the option of picking up your parcel directly at one of the more than 600 collection points available. On this page you'll find an overview of all the shipping methods available.

Exchanges and returns

If the product is in good condition, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of its execution.

For the right of cancellation to be preserved, the consumer must ensure that the products remain in their original condition. If the product is damaged or destroyed through the fault of a third party, the consumer does not lose the opportunity to withdraw from the contract. However, if the value of the product has decreased as a result of opening it or checking its functionality, this does not prevent the consumer from making a request for a refund.

We do not accept returns if any of the components are missing, including:

    • The product in its original, unopened packaging;
    • A receipt proving the purchase from the CBDSex online shop;
    • A document describing the defect, drawn up by the service department (if applicable).

  • Reimbursement will be made within the time limits established by current legislation.
